Earn & Learn is committed to the ongoing skill development and recruitment of childhood educators and childcare services.

The Certificate III Upskill Support Program offers financial support to educators and employers who currently hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) and wish to upskill to a Diploma of ECEC. These payments will support the growing supply of Diploma-qualified educators Nationally.  

As an Employer, you would have access to the Priority Hiring Incentive of up to $5000 over 1 year in two instalments of $2,000 at 6 months and $3,000 at 12 months, for FT employment. 

Your employee would also get access to support their studies with Priority Australian Apprenticeship Training Support Payment of up to $5000 over 2 years, paid over four instalments, with $1,750 paid at 6 months and 12 months, and $750 paid at 18 and 24 months, for FT employment more details here. Students can use these payments to contribute to cost-of-living expenses while studying and working, particularly while on placement. This could include, but is not limited to, contributing to study materials, or living expenses to enable study. 

For new entrants into the ECEC sector we can offer the same Certificate III qualification that is Nationally recognised and delivered online once a week online for 3 hours with all material supported. We will also support access to the Training Support Payment as discussed above, just 

Earn & Learn has partnered with an award-winning institute to deliver Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (& Cert III) in a supported online model. The online model is delivered weekly online with self-paced to support the traineeship (Perm PT or FT contract with an Traineeship company completing a Training contract for both parties to receive incentives, placement completed during work hours and 3 hrs a week for full time or pro rata study allocation for Trainees.)
